About Us

Our practice focuses on assisting immigrants in a variety of their legal needs.  By communicating in both Spanish and English, we strive to accurately digest our clients problems and create realistic solutions.   In addition, we take great care to screen our cases so that we accept only those cases where we believe that the expected results match our clients’ expectations.

Although our communication strategy is gear to assist immigrants, we accept accident cases from all individuals.

Engagement and Fees

We review all cases before deciding whether to take a case.  In making a decision, we will consider the merits of a case, the level of difficulty and our ability to dedicate the time necessary to properly handle a case.  If the case is an immigration case, we will also consider the client’s ability to pay and an references that the client may have from past clients or other friends of the firm.

All injury cases are billed on a contingency fee basis.  The contingency is ordinarily between Thirty Three (33%) and Forty Three (43%) of the recovery.  Clients are responsible for their own costs.

Immigration cases are billed on any hourly and in some cases a flat fee basis.  A non-refundable fee of $250 is required for an initial evaluation of the case.  We have clients sign an engagement contract prior to commencing the attorney client relationship
