The Rock Law Group is authorized to accept immigration and Federal tax cases in all states.  But can only accept other types of civil and criminal cases in Kentucky.    
In the fall of 2010 and early 2011 we are assisting Haitian recipients of Temporary Protected Status file income taxes for the current and previous years.  We have specific office hours in New York City and Atlanta, GA.  However, we accept these types of tax cases from clients in all states or living outside the U.S.  You do not have to meet with us in person for us to handle your case.  You can simply mail us our completed Tax Tax Client Intake Sheet and the required documentation.  In fact we handle most cases through correspondence rather than personal meetings.  We will advise you if an personal appointment is necessary.  We complete the returns after you have provided all the necessary information and we mail them to you for your signature.  
This site is designed to provide you with a brief overview of our services.  The FAQ sections are topic specific and discuss common questions and client issues.
We designed some services, such as the tax escrow service and tax return consulting, to assist other practitioners avoid problems in immigration cases and to get paid for their services.
